Our experience with Langston-Shaw Realty was awesome! We enjoyed excellent service, prompt replies, expert advice, and help. It turned out to be the best decision ever. They were worth every penny in commissions to sell our property. We had it listed and sold in less than 30 days, I also realize the market was very favorable for our type of property, but because I was not able to be attentive 100% they were able to take care of some things that would have dragged out the closing for at least 2-3 months otherwise. Totally pleased with the service and professionalism of all those whom we worked with to complete this transaction.
